By using the online payment facility on the college website, you agree to comply with all terms, policies, and instructions issued by St. Xavier’s College, Mahuadanr. The College uses secure third-party payment gateways (such as BillDesk), and students/parents must ensure accurate entry of personal and transaction details. The College is not responsible for payment failures arising due to network issues, technical glitches, bank/server downtime, or incorrect information entered by the user. Any extra charges such as transaction fees, service charges, taxes, or bank charges must be borne by the user. Fees once paid will not be refunded or cancelled except in cases of verified duplicate payment or technical error, as per the College Refund/Cancellation Policy. Users must report any payment-related issues within 48 hours with valid proof (transaction ID, screenshots, bank reference number). The College does not store or have access to your banking credentials, debit/credit card numbers, OTPs, or passwords at any stage. By proceeding with online payment, the user accepts these Terms & Conditions and agrees to abide by all financial and administrative rules of the College.

Refund / Cancellation policy

• Online payments made to St. Xavier’s College, Mahuadanr through the BillDesk payment gateway are non-refundable except in cases of accidental duplicate payment or a verified transaction failure.
• If a student believes a payment has been wrongly processed, a written request must be submitted to the College Office along with the transaction details and proof of payment.
• Refunds, if approved, will be made only to the original mode of payment and may take 7–10 working days to process.
• The College is not responsible for delays, payment failures, or technical issues arising from the BillDesk gateway or the user’s bank.
• Cancellation of fees once paid will not be permitted unless mandated by institutional or statutory requirements.
• Any disputes regarding online payments must be reported to the College within 48 hours of the transaction (transaction ID, screenshots, bank reference number).
• By proceeding with an online payment, the user agrees to this Refund/Cancellation Policy and all related terms.
