Learning Outcome

St. Xavier’s College prioritizes evaluating Program Outcomes (POs) and Course Outcomes (COs) to ensure quality education. This student-centered approach enhances teaching methods, aligns with expectations, and facilitates continuous improvement. We conduct training for teachers, establish attainment benchmarks, and employ both direct and indirect assessment methods for outcome evaluation.
