IQAC

Introduction

IQAC was established in 17th July, 2017 in St. Xavier's College, Mahuadanr to develop a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic enhancement in the ongoing performance of the college. With this motto we strive to initiate Standard Operating Procedures to develop systems for quality for the day to day running of the college.

Vision

St. Xavier's College envisions developing quality higher education through committed, compassionate and competent efforts to achieve excellence.

Mission

The college ensures enhancement of quality higher education through promotion of learner centric environment by quality parameters for holistic development of staff and students.

Functions of IQAC

IQAC ensures the following:

Progression of quality benchmarks / parameters for the various academic and administrative activities of the college. An organic feedback system that collects responses from students, Faculty, parents and other stakeholders on quality related processes. Conduction of intra institutional programs that includes, competitions, seminars, workshops, and quality related themes. Knitting together various programmes and activities of the college and documentation and publications for enhancement of quality in higher education. The co-coordination of quality related activities that include dissemination of information, adaption of good practices and conduction of value based programs.
